F.I.R.E. PROGRAM
This is our newest program. Covid resulted in such out of control behavior among the females that we were asked to provide the female equivalent of the D.R.E.A.M. program for the females.
The F.I.R.E. (Females Inspired, Responsible and Educated) is a female middle school group mentoring program designed for the social emotional development of our young women. Jammed with exposures and experiences that allow for self evaluation/ development includes videos, discussions, presentations and trips. Topics include health, fitness, trades, business/enterprise, STEM, social impact, Know The Law, self care, mental health, tobacco/vaping, All of this is done to ensure that the youth develop the attitudes, behaviors and character to navigate into successful adult lives so that they achieve their dreams. They are on FIRE!
The program results show an increase in self-confidence, 100% increase in grade performance and 100% elimination of referrals.
